I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your continued support of our business. As you may know, we have always offered HockeySYTE as a free service to our valued customers.
However, as our business grows, we find ourselves needing to make changes to ensure we can continue to provide the highest quality service to our clients. As a result, we will be introducing a subscription model for HockeySYTE starting July 1, 2023.
This model will enable us to continue supporting our fantastic clubs and provide them with even better services and support to enhance their online presence and streamline their operations.
Here's what the subscription includes:
- Full Access to all the features of our Premium HockeySYTE product
- Dedicated Support: Our clubs will have access to a dedicated support person who will be available to assist them with any questions or concerns.
- Custom Web Design: We will provide each club with a professional and customized web design tailored to their specific needs, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging online presence.
To subscribe to our new plan, you can go to your Billing Page in the Admin area of your HockeySYTE (Billing link is under the left hand menu in Admin), and select the subscription plan suited to your club. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can send your first invoice on July 1 to give you more time to review the details.
