Yes. You can sell game credits to your pickup games. If a member responds yes to a pick-up game invitation, it will automatically assign a game credit to that game. If the player opts out before the deadline, his game credit will be restored automatically.
Yes. Your player pool list contains a ranking field so you can put the most ideal participants at the top of the list.
There are also settings to auto-manage your player pool list, giving preference to players who show up consistently and docking preference for people who respond yes, but then don't show up.
You collect a list of players names and their email addresses and create a player pool for your pickup game.
You decide how many players is ideal for your game. You schedule your game and press the send invites button.
Enough invites go out to get the perfect number of people to your game. As players respond "Yes" they are added to the game list.

Yes. A record of invite performance is kept for each player. With this report you can see your highest attendees to a pickup session. You can also see if there are players who often say "Yes", then don't show up.
Sometimes things come up and players may decide not to attend a game they have booked a slot for.
If a player does not change thier response from Yes to No and does not show up to the game, this is considered a No-Show and can affect the quality of the pick-up game for everybody as well as causing a player to potentially miss out on joining in.
If a player is continually a No-Show, you can take actions to prevent further impact on your pick-up game.
1) You can lower a person's Player Pool Rank so they are last to get an invitation.
2) You can employ the use of game credits so players get a spot only after they have purchased game credits. You may further decide not to refund the game credits in the case of No-Shows or failing to notify in a reasonable amount of time they won't be able to participate.
In your player pool list you can set position types. If you have goalies specified, the system will automatically send out invites to get two goalies to your game.
The site is great for organising people. It is such an improvement from this time last year where I wouldn't know who would come week to week.
