Quick heads up — I’ll be performing a major store upgrade this Wednesday, 22 Oct 2025, with a short maintenance window from 6:00–10:00am AEST (Brisbane).
What to expect during the window

Checkout will be temporarily disabled across all sites.
Browsing is fine, but no orders can be placed until I re-enable the stores.

I’ll take backups, migrate the database, run tests on a dedicated Test Store, and then bring everything back online one by one.

I’ll send an all-clear email once everything’s verified.
Why this upgrade matters
We’re moving from “major units” to minor units (e.g. dollars → cents) in the database.
This makes prices safer and more precise, removes rounding issues, and aligns perfectly with Stripe and other international payment systems.

More Product Images + Zoom — Products can now display multiple images with zoom capability for shoppers.

New Product Type: Print on Demand — Full Printful integration lets you create thousands of products automatically without managing stock or fulfillment.

Improved Product Options — Easier custom text entry for personalized items.

Configurable Tax System — Taxes are now fully customizable per store, supporting inclusive or exclusive pricing models.

Shipping Improvements — New in-store pickup option and more flexible shipping setups.

Product Deletion Support — You can now delete products that have no existing orders attached.
- Bug fixes - Includes a fix for the issue where admin permissions were stripped during checkout.
